Basics

Info about all of the core mechanics of the game. With tips for every topic.

Headline Missions
Each mission differs in rewards, oil cost, and the chance of earning war loot (special troops). However, they all share one core purpose: boosting your income bonus. When you complete all missions within a region, that region levels up and grants an income bonus. On your first full completion, you also receive uranium from that region. Regions can be upgraded up to Level 5. With every level, missions take longer to complete.

Important Tip: Do not replay completed missions solely for loot — it is inefficient. Instead, always prioritize finishing entire regions as quickly as possible to maximize your income growth. Avoid pushing a single region straight to Level 5 before touching others. The optimal strategy is to rotate between regions, leveling them progressively while keeping your earliest regions at the highest levels. This ensures balanced progression and the fastest overall income boost.
Missions are one of the most important parts of the game as they give you rewards like money, special troops, but most importantly income bonus.
Unlock more missions as your level increases.
Headline Alliance
Your alliance size should be a top priority if you want your army to be as strong as possible, especially in the early game.

With every level you can use up to 5 alliance members (lvl 10 = max 50 alliance used). Each alliance member can use 10 soldiers, 3 machinery and 1 aeroplane (lvl 10 = 50 alliance = 500 soldiers, 150 machinery, 50 aeroplanes). This is why keeping your alliance as high as possible and possibly in your level limit is vital. Alliance is not like a clan in other games, and it only helps you with the size of your army.

Important Tip: Right after reaching level 7 (unlocking leaderboards), copy your alliance code and post it on the walls of top players. Someone will always notice it and share it with his alliance members, making it way easier for you to grow your alliance. Whenever you see a green code (not in your alliance yet), make sure to copy the code and add it in the alliance menu, it might seem like a lot of codes at first, but the benefits are well worth it.
Alliance is another VERY important part of the game as it allows you to use as many troops as possible for your level.
Headline Battles
Attacking other players is simple, just click the Attack button in the Battle List or directly on a player’s profile. The Battle List will be your primary way to engage opponents. You may notice some players in the Battle List displaying the same flag as yours; these are bots, not real players. Bots exist so you can always find an opponent, even when real players are unavailable for attack. You can check if an opponent is a bot by clicking on their name, if they only have Info page on their profile, they are bots. Bots will never attack you.

Players in your alliance will never appear in your Battle List. All opponents shown are roughly around your level, ensuring balanced opponents (+- 15 levels).

Important Tip: There are three types of bots: Poor, Medium, and Rich, with Rich bots being the hardest to find. As your level increases, the loot from bots also increases. Attacking other Rich players is the fastest way to earn money. Don’t be afraid to engage — after all, it’s a War Game!
Battles are the primary way to earn money and level up in the game. Each won attack gives you 3 - 5 xp, and every attack consumes your moral (lost consumes more).
Headline Income
Majority of troops in the game require some kind of upkeep, making your income as high as possible will allow you to have strong army as well as maybe some nice hourly income of money.

Important Tip: Use the Best Value Income tool to invest your money as efficiently as possible.
Your income determines how strong your army can become and provides you with hourly earnings. Increasing your income should always be one of your top priorities, as it directly affects your long-term power and progression.
Headline Defence Buildings
Every troop you own contributes to your army’s defense strength based on its unit stats. Units always provide more attack power than defense, because defense can be further boosted by building defensive structures that protect you when other players attack. However, defense buildings are not worth investing in early game — your priority should be increasing your income and army power first. Strong income means a stronger army long-term, while early defense gives very little benefit.

Important Tip: Use the Best Value Defence tool to invest your money as efficiently as possible.
Your defence determines how well you can defend yourself against other players.
Headline Factions
Once you reach level 20, you can join one of the three factions: Aurora Prime, Warbringers, or United Federations. The faction you choose doesn’t matter much — the rewards and bonuses are essentially the same across all three. The main benefit of joining a faction is the loot bonus. As the season progresses, this bonus can climb to around 50%, meaning you earn 50% more money when attacking players from other factions. This becomes a massive boost to your income and progression, especially later in the game.

Important Tip: Joining the faction with the fewest members might seem like a disadvantage, but it gives you more bonus opportunities.
Factions are a very easy way to progress faster in the game.
Headline Leaderboards
Once you reach level 7 you will be part of the leaderboards. It lasts 7 days and at the end of the week, you can win uranium if you place in the top 5.
Leaderboards are the most competitive part of the game.
